Air Clear is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill an Engineering Project Coordinator role. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with the expediting of engineering deliverables and supporting the document control function within the engineering department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports document control process and integration into an electronic process and streamlined efficiency
  • Gathers data to contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.
  • Coordinates meetings and maintains documentation for electronic scheduling – including Engineering Time Requests (ETR’s) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s)
  • Recommends process improvements for daily operating procedures.
  • May oversee the distribution of reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 3+ years relevant work experience (Engineering, Operations or Manufacturing
    related)
  • Working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing roles.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience with expediting, document control and project coordination preferred.
  • Must have good judgment and ability to make solid decisions based on facts available.
  • Self-confident with strong organization, communication and time management skills.

Project Engineer

We are in need of an engineer to plan, organize, monitor and control medium-to-large sized capital equipment projects.

Air Clear is seeking a degreed Engineer to fill a Project Management position. This successful project manager will plan, organize, monitor and control medium-to-large sized capital equipment projects within a cross functional organization. Monitoring and maintaining budgets, reviewing and acting to maintain schedules and interfacing with customers to ensure complete satisfaction are important skills required for the position. Demonstrated ability in leading project teams consisting of engineers, production personal and field service staff is critical.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fundamental Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Reviews Company proposals and customer specifications.
    • Coordinates effort to produce engineering drawings with subsequent submittal to customer and sub-suppliers.
    • Organizes project review and engineering kick off meetings.
    • Participates in “Phase-gate” planning, gate meetings and generates phase-gate deliverables.
    • Evaluates sub-supplier proposals for completeness and specification compliance.
    • Reviews and approves fabrication drawings and purchase requisitions.Generates regular reports on projects being managed.
    • Supports Sales and other departments where necessary.
    • Coordinates and participates in customer project review and equipment inspection visits.
    • Main customer contact from sale through commissioning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering, preferably BSME
  • Demonstrated ability in coordinating general process designs.
  • Experience with thermal processing equipment (i.e. thermal oxidizers, RTO, Recuperative & Catalytic).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with demonstrated experience in project management responsibility and project complexity.
  • Conversant with Office 365 applications including, Excel, Word.
  • AutoCad operations a plus.
  • Ability to multi task.
